The Town of Parker is a quickly growing community with a colorful history. Founded in 1864, it did not become a municipality until 1981 so you’ll find a lot of new development including apartments, townhomes, single family and luxury homes with acreage. Parker balances rural living with the conveniences and amenities of a large city and has a hometown feel. Located 20 miles Southeast of Denver and just 10 minutes from DTC this is a great alternative to city living.


The Town offers a variety of 
community events and boasts an award-winning Recreation Center. Parker also has an amazing network of trails for biking, hiking, skating and horseback riding, as well as numerous parks and open spaces. The Parker Arboretum features a variety of trees unique to the area.
